摘要
线性调频信号广泛应用于雷达中,其基带信号产生方法主要有DDS和DDWS两种。DDWS具有能够预失真的优点,并对系统进行了预失真补偿,波形改善效果明显。DDWS可采用FPGA和ASIC两种方式实现,并且用FPGA方式设计也是在为ASIC设计进行功能验证。ASIC比FPGA具有更高的工作速度和安全保密性。经过ModelSim SE 6.2b仿真,两种方式均可实现要求的功能。
LFM signals is widely used in radars. The methods of producing baseband signals of LFM are DDS and DDWS, who has the advantages of digital pre-distortion and pre-distortion compensation. The result of its waveform improvement is obvious. DDWS can be achieved by FPGA or ASIC. The design mode of FPGA also validates the function of ASIC design for DDWS. ASIC has higher working speed and safer confidentiality than FPGA. The simulation with ModelSim SE 6.2b proves that both of the two modes can realize the required function.
