摘要
解决大学生"成长中的烦恼",应当积极开展职业生涯规划教育,提高大学生对职业生涯规划教育重要性的认识,进行基于终生视野的生涯规划训练。学校要改善实践教学环境,搭建多种素质实训平台,提高学生的综合素质,帮助大学生排除困惑。
To unshackle college students＇ adolescent worries should be fulfilled by dynamically carrying out the education of career planning so as to raise students＇ awareness of its importance and to accept their career planning training from the viewpoint of their whole life.Meantime,the administration side should improve its conditions for practical teaching and set up various platforms for quality training.Consequently,students＇ comprehensive quality can be enhanced and their worries will be unshackled.
