摘要
原核微生物原生质体融合为育种和基础分子生物学研究提供了一条有利的途径,在棒状杆菌属中已有成功的报道。但对于原生质体的形成,所见报道甚少。
Intact cells and protoplasts of Coryneb-acterium were observed by means of electronmicroscope(EM).There are morphologicaland structurel differences between cells andprotoplasts.This report described single pro-toplast releasing modes of Corynebacterium.
