摘要
选用成年雄性ICR小鼠分成假手术组、假手术给药组、手术组和手术给药组。手术组摘除颌下腺,给药组在处理后立即隔日给予HCG20IU/只。取附睾头称重并计数精子;称量有关生殖器官重量及观察体重变化。结果表明去颌下腺睾丸重量增加伴附睾头精子数减少,给予HCG后精子数及睾丸重量恢复正常水平。手术组体重分别于术后3~12d、27~35d明显低于假手术组。结果提示HCG可纠正颌下腺切除引起的少精症。
Four groups of adult male mice were treated respectively with sham operation, removal of submandibular gland, sham operation and sialoadenecomy following immediately given HCG (20IU/2 day per mouse)for 35 days. Then sperm number of epididymis caput,body mass and related reproductive organ's weight were measured. The operation group shows that testis weight increased and sperm count decreased significantly compared with sham group. After given HCG,testis weight and sperm count were resumed to normal level. During 3rd-12th day and 25th-27th day after operation, body mass was obviously less than that of sham group. Our result showed that HCG can treat oligospermia cawsed by Sialoadenectomy.
