合成条件对锂离子正极材料LiMn_2O_4电性能影响 被引量:3

Synthesizing Conditions'Effects on the Electrical Properties of LiMn_2O_4 as the Cathode Materials of Li-ion Batteries

摘要 利用实验室自制的Mn(OH)2沉淀,采用改性的固相法合成尖晶石LiMn2O4,并且系统地研究了温度、锂配比量和升温速率对LiMn2O4电性能的影响.通过对材料进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射光谱(XRD)分析以及电性能测试,结果表明:合成出的物质为标准的尖晶石结构,衍射峰与标准的LiMn2O4结构完全对应,为尖晶石结构;最佳合成条件:合成温度为830℃,Li/2Mn=1.05,升温速率为5℃/min.组装成AA电池后电池的首次循环性能都达到100 mAh/g. Spinel LiMn2O4 is synthesized by way of modified solid-phase out of Mn(OH)2 made in the lab.The electro-chemical properties of spinel LiMn2O4 are systematically researched from the aspects of synthesizing temperature,Li/2Mn ratio and heating rate.The SEM,XRD and electric property tests show that the product synthesized is of spinel structure and the diffraction peaks are consistent with the standard pattern of LiMn2O4.The following are the optimal synthesizing conditions for spinel LiMn2O4: the synthesized temperature is 760 ℃;Li/2Mn ratios is Li/2Mn=1.05;heating rate is 5 ℃/min.The initial cycle performance of the AA lithium-ion battery can reach 100mAh/g.
