马铃薯生防菌P1对环腐病的防效试验 被引量:3

摘要 菌株P1对马铃薯环腐病菌具有强抑制作用,且对马铃薯主要病害具有较广的抑菌谱。通过对温室内马铃薯脱毒苗进行生防菌株P1浸根盘栽试验和生防菌液和升汞浸种大田试验,结果表明,菌株P1对马铃薯环腐病盘栽和大田的防治效果分别为53.4%和64.0%,且生防菌P1的防效优于升汞。 The strain P1 was studied on its bio-control effect and inhibition against the pathogen of CMS-1 which was identified by bacteriological assays. In the study, trials about the virus-free seedling root dip in the greenhouse and bio-control bacterium and Hg seed-soaking comparitive test in the field were conducted. The results showed that strain P1 had strong antagonist effect on many main kinds of pathogens and bacteria infecting potato, especially on CMS-1. It exhibited 53.4% and 64.0% of control effectiveness in pot.
