摘要 介绍了当前热镀锌板生产中气刀控制锌层面质量的基本原理,结合某薄板厂热镀锌线的生产实践,通过对气刀风机管道的改造,采用并联两台风机分别给前后气刀提供风压的方法,有效提高了气刀的刮锌能力。通过改造可以使气刀风压增加15kPa,机组生产速度可以提高20m/min,从而大大提高了镀锌生产能力。 The thickness controlling principle of zinc coating in the production of gas hot galvanized steel sheet was introduced.By reforming the air blower pipeline and adopting two parallel air blowers to provide pressured air,the blowing zinc ability of the air knife was effectively improved in the production practice of a certain steel plate galvanizing line.After the reformation,the air pressure of air knife was increased 15kPa,and the production speed could be raised 20m/min.So the production capacity of steel plate galvanizing line was enhanced greatly.
