摘要
应用新型光整机获得冷轧镀锌板试样,并进行了表面缺陷、耐蚀性和抗拉强度的测试与对比分析。结果表明:应用新型光整机能显著减少冷轧镀锌板的表面缺陷,明显提高耐蚀性,改善抗拉强度;与未采用光整机获得的试样相比,采用新型光整机获得的冷轧镀锌板在240 h中性盐雾腐蚀后,质量损失率减少了76.76%,抗拉强度增加了22.71%。
The sample of cold rolling and galvanized sheet was obtained by usinga new type skin-pass mill, and the surface defects, corrosion resistance and tensile strength were tested and contrastively analyzed. The results show that application of new type skin-pass mill can observably decrease the surface defects, increase the corrosion resistance markedly and improve the tensile strength. And compared with the sample without using skin-pass mill, the cold rolling and galvanized sheet based on skin-pass mill after neutral salt-spray corrosion test for 240 h, the mass loss rate has decreased by 76.76% and the tensile strength has increased by 22.71%.
