摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和新兴大国的崛起,八国集团日益暴露出其合法性与代表性不足等缺陷。面对金融危机的巨大冲击,二十国集团正在酝酿取代八国集团成为国际经济合作的主要论坛,这既反映了当前全球经济主体日趋多元化、活跃化的现状,也迎合了全球经济日益增强的多极化趋势。但二十国集团本身也存在某些不足。本文通过对八国集团和二十国集团的比较,提出进一步强化多边治理,解决全球经济治理参与不足等问题。
With the rapid development of economic globalization,and the rise of emerging countries,the G8 increasingly revealed its lack of legitimacy and representativeness.Under the impact of the financial crisis,the Group20 is preparing to replace the G8 as the main forum of international economic cooperation,which not only reflects the current global economic entities have become more diversified,active-oriented status quo,but also meets the trend of multi-polarization in the global economy.However,the G20 also has some deficiencies itself.Through comparing the G8 and the G20,this paper proposes further strengthening the multilateral governance,and addresses the lack of participation in global economic governance.
