摘要
大学生参与高校管理是现代大学管理发展的趋势,有其必然性和可行性,具有重要的意义。我国各高校对大学生参与高校管理已有不同程度的认识和重视,但总体而言仍存在不少问题。因此,有效推进大学生参与高校管理,需要在转变思想观念、提高学生管理者的素质、创设良好的心理管理环境、建立有效的制度等方面继续努力。
Students＇ participation in university management is the trend of modern university management,which has its necessity and feasibility and is of great significance.Although the universities in China have been aware of the importance of students participation in university management awareness,there are still many problems,specifically the external and internal factors.Effectively promoting the students＇ participation in university management needs to change ideas,improve their quality of management,create good psychological management of the environment and establish an effective system and so on.
