摘要
大学生参与高校管理有别于传统意义上的学生管理和学生活动,是高等教育大众化和建设和谐校园的必然要求,鉴于大学生参与高校管理发展缓慢的主要原因,提出应借鉴他国经验,转变观念,建立组织、制度和物质等方面的保障,进一步推动中国大学生参与高校管理的进程。
College students＇ participating college management is different from the traditional concept of students＇ management and activities. Instead, it is the demand of popularization of higher education and building harmonious campus. For the reason of the slow development of students＇ participating college management, in order to push forward the work of Chinese college students＇ participating college management, this paper points out that the experience of other countries is worth learning, old ideas need changing, the guarantees of organization, system, and material should be given.
