摘要
随着畜牧业、粮食、建材、粉末冶金、橡胶和医药等行业的快速发展,对原料给料效率和精度的要求也越来越高。由于以上行业中的许多原料都属于散粒物料,一般的螺旋给料机的结构无法保证原料的给料精度和效率,所以如何保证和检验散粒物料的给料效率和精度成为以上行业亟待解决的问题。为此,设计了一套以计算机为信息管理平台,以单片机为数据处理和控制平台,完成螺旋给料机投料精度与效率检测的试验装置,对试验台工作原理、总体方案设计、给料系统、数据采集与处理系统、称重系统和控制系统等进行了介绍。试验结果表明,该装置满足工作要求,使用方便,为螺旋给料机投料精度和效率的检测提供了平台,为未来高效率和高精度投料奠定了一定的基础。
With the rapid developing of livestock,sustentation,construction materials,powder metallurgy,rubber and pharmaceutical industries,the demands for feeding efficiency and accuracy are increasing.However,since most of the raw materials for these industries are granular,the structure of normal screw feeders cannot guarantee that materials are fed accurately and efficiently.As a result,how to ensure and inspect the efficiency and precision of feeding granular materials is what needs to be solved in industries mentioned above.In order to tackle this problem,an apparatus has been designed to test the efficiency and precision of material feeding.The following description include:priciples and theories,general design,feeding system,data collection/processing system,weighing system,controlling system,dynamic system and major parts design.Through practical tests,this apparatus meets all the requirements and is easy to use providing the base for testing the proficiency of the screw feeding and future development.
