摘要
为了验证新型矿用水仓淤煤装载机螺旋滚筒传动的可靠性,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对螺旋滚筒给料机构进行了刚度和强度分析,并根据分析的结果对螺旋滚筒的结构进行了优化设计,大大减轻了整个螺旋滚筒给料装置的总质量,提高了整机的使用性能。
For the sake of verifying the reliability of new typed helical drum transmission used in the silt coal loading machine of mine sump, the finite element analytical software ANSYS was applied to carrying out rigidity and strength analysis on the feeding mechanism of helical drum, And in accordance with the result of analysis the optimization design was carried out on the structure of helical drum, thus greatly lightened the total mass of the entire feeding mechanism of helical drum and raised the service performance of the whole machine.
