摘要
为了研究气吸式免耕播种机吸种圆盘不同孔型和不同孔径对吸种性能的影响,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对直孔、锥孔和倒角孔3种不同的孔型和不同孔径的气流场进行了有限元分析,获得了不同孔型气流速度的比较和气流随孔径大小而变化的规律,为吸种圆盘的设计提供了依据。
In order to study the different pass and the different aperture to attracts seeds the performance the influence of The disc of the adsorption seed of the air-suction no-tillage planter.The author using the finite element analysis software ANSYS has carried on the finite element analysis to the air-flow field of three kinds of different passes and different aperture of direct hole,awl hole and bevel edge hole,has obtained the different pass stream velocity comparison and the air current the rule which changes along with the aperture size,In order to attract seeds disc's design to provide the basis.
