摘要
围绕钢铁企业生产中传动系统电机功率随产品及工况的变化,避免因生产参数不当所导致电机报警或电机功率剧烈波动的现象。运用功率平衡法、逆向路径法和机械传动等基本理论,建立了传动系统的驱动功率的数学解析式,通过正交试验策略,选取带材的规格尺寸、张力、速度、屈服强度作为研究因素,建立L16正交表并得到16组试验数值。分析各因素对驱动电机功率的影响,以极差分析结果作为直观分析的条件,以方差分析结果得到因素影响的显著性,通过结合国内某钢铁企业酸轧生产线的传动系统电机功率生产数据分析验证了驱动功率数学解析式的正确性,并确保冷轧带材拉矫工艺参数的选用更具针对性和方向性。
Focusing on the changes in the power of the driving system motor in the production of iron and steel enterprises with the product and working conditions and avoiding the phenomenon of motor alarm or drastic fluctuation caused by improper production parameters,the basic theories such as power balance method,reverse path method and mechanical transmission are used to establish the mathematical analytic formula of driving power of transmission systemThrough orthogonal test strategies,the strip size,tension,speed and yield strength were selected as the research factorsThe L16 orthogonal table was established and 16 sets of test values were obtainedThe influence of various factors on the power of the driving motor was analyzedThe range analysis results were taken as the conditions for intuitive analysis,and the significance of the influence of factors was obtained by variance analysis resultsThe correctness of the mathematical analysis formula of driving power was verified by analyzing the power production data of the drive system motor of a domestic acid rolling production line in an iron and steel enterprise,and the selection of drawing and straightening process parameters for cold rolled strip was more targeted and directional.
