摘要
农机社会化服务体系建设是农业社会化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,是建设现代农业的重要支撑之一。为此,通过分析当前浙江省桐乡市农机社会化服务体系形式、服务方式与内容、农机投资主体等方面的现状,针对农机社会化服务体系建设中存在的组织化程度低,从业人员素质不高,政府扶持和引导力度还不够,政策法规有待完善等问题进行深入分析,围绕上述存在的主要问题,提出加强和完善农机社会化服务体系建设的建议。
Construction of socialized service system in agricultural machinery is an important component of building socializing agriculture service system,and it is one of the important support of building modern agriculture.In this article,I analized the form of agricultural machinery socialized service system,patterns and contents of service,the current situation of principal parts of farm machinery investment in Tongxiang city Zhejiang Province.Aiming at the low efficiency of organization in construction of socialized service system in agricultural machinery,poorly educated employees,inadequate forces of government support and guidance,policies and regulations to be improved in construction of socialized service system in agricultural machinery,I gave some suggestion to strengthen and improve the construction of socialized service system in agricultural machinery.
