摘要
研究不同温度、发芽床和试剂处理对桔梗种子萌发的影响,以寻求桔梗种子最优萌发条件。结果表明,25℃/15℃的变温处理利于桔梗种子萌发;桔梗种子以蛭石作为发芽床,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均高于土壤、河砂和滤纸;100 mg·L-1GA3和200 mg·L-1PEG 6000处理能显著提高桔梗种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。
To find the best germination conditions of platycodon grandiflrum seed,different treatment ways of temperature,germination bed and reagent were used in this study.The results showed that 25/15 ℃ is beneficial to seed germination of Platycodon grandiflrum.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index by using vermiculite as germination bed were higher than soil,river sand and filter paper.The three indexes of Platycodon grandiflrum seed were improved obviously by using 100 mg·L-1 GA3 and 200 mg·L-1 PEG 6000.
