摘要
高技术知识是"世界3"中的"新秀",存在于"知识之树"的上端或顶端,具有自身的存在方式和演化特点。高技术知识具有三种形式:意识形式(或隐性知识)、符号化形式(或编码知识)和物化形式(或科技黑箱)等。意识形式的高技术知识需转化为符号化形式或物化形式才能被纳入社会系统中发挥作用,而符号化形式的高技术知识是意识形式的高技术知识的显性化,物化形式的高技术知识是意识形式或符号化形式的高技术知识社会化的结果,三者相互作用,相互转化,共同发展,构成高技术知识演化形态。
High-tech knowledge is the ＂New Horizons＂ in the＂World Three＂,existing in the top of ＂tree of knowledge＂with its own features of existence and evolution.High-tech knowledge has three forms such as awareness（or tacit knowledge）,the symbol（or coding knowledge） and physical form（or technology black box）.Awareness form of high-tech knowledge transformed into symbolic form or physical form can be materialized into the social system to play a role,and symbolic forms of high-tech knowledge is the ＂explicit＂ of the consciousness form high-tech knowledge,physical form of high-tech knowledge is the result of socialization of the awareness or symbolic form of high-tech knowledge.With their interactions,mutual conversion,and common development,they constitute the evolution approach of high-tech knowledge.
