摘要
伴随着新加坡经济40余年的持续增长,其公共住房发展取得了巨大成功。基于新加坡住房体系和公共住房发展概况,回顾新加坡公共住房分配体系演变历程,对比分析当前新加坡实施的各种公共住房分配制度并对其进行分类,试图从整体上把握新加坡公共住房分配体系的特点。文章得出结论:新加坡公共住房分配体系是一个动态的、不断完善的体系。该体系中各种不同的分配制度都有各自的适用性,并且相互间互为补充,为不同时期公共住房的发展目标服务。
With the continuous development of Singapore＇s economy for more than 40 years, of Singapore＇s economy, Singapore＇s public housing policy achieves brilliant success. Based on Singapore housing system and brief public housing development history, this paper ex- plores the evolution progress of Singapore public housing allocation system, makes comparative analysis and classification of different recent allocation polices of Singapore public housing, and tries to summarize its characters as a whole. A conclusion is made that, every distribution policy has its applicability and they complement each other for different Singapore＇s public housing development goal in different period.
