摘要
印度在1998年进行了核武器实验,并在此后走上了制定和发展公开核威慑战略之路。中国是印度核战略的主要威慑对象,印度核战略的推行必然会影响到中印安全关系。文章就是要着手分析印度核战略对中国战略环境的影响,并在这种分析的基础上对中国南亚政策做出了思考,指出中国应超越传统的睦邻观念,从战略的高度来看待与处理中印关系。
India has kept striving for planning and developing its open nuclear deterrence since its nuclear tests on 1998.Since China is viewed by India as the main deterrent rival,the implement of India＇s nuclear strategy will inevitably bring great implications on Sino-India security relations.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the impact of India＇s nuclear strategy on China＇s strategic environment,and then some thinking of China＇s foreign policy towards South Asia.It argues that China should go beyond its traditional perspective of ＂good neighbor policy＂ and develop the Sino-India relations from strategic altitude.
