摘要
冷战时代的中印巴三角关系以敌视和对抗为结构特征、以权力竞争和传统安全关切为主要内容。冷战结束后,大国开始调整南亚政策,印巴在国际舞台上的地位和作用发生变化,中印和印巴间的冷漠与对峙被打破,调整中印巴三角关系的历史机遇已经出现。但是构建良性互动和结构相对平衡的中印巴三角关系的前景并不乐观。
The Sino-Indo-Pakistani triangular relationship in the Cold-war era was characterized with hostility, confrontation, power struggle and concern for traditional national security. The end of the Cold War has brought a historic opportunity for the parties concerned to transform the pattern of their triangular relationship since the big powers has started to adjust their South Asian policies, positions and roles of both India and Pakistan in the international stage have changed, and cold relations and confrontations between China and India, and between India and Pakistan have changed more or less too. However, we still can not see a promising future to build a Sino-Indian-Pakistani triangular relationship with fruitful interacts and comparatively balanced structure.
