摘要
目的:探讨分析应用股骨近端解剖型钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。方法:对96例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用解剖钢板内固定治疗,对其结果进行研究分析。结果:96例病例中,94例获得随访,随访8个月～3.5年,随访中位数为26个月,骨折于术后3～6个月均一期愈合,无并发症发生,关节功能恢复较为满意,按照Harris功能评分,优85例,良5例,中4例,差2例,优良率为93.8%。结论:采用股骨近端解剖型钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,具有手术操作简便、手术损伤小、固定牢靠、可抗旋转、可早期功能锻炼等优点,值得广泛应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anatomical plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures of the aged patients.Methods To evaluate 96 patients with the femoral intertrochanteric fractures were surgically treated.Results 96 patients were successfully operated.and 94 patients were followed up for 8 months to 3.5 years post-operations（mean time was 26 months）.The fractures of 94 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were healed between 3 to 6 months after operations.Meanwhile,there were no complications occurred.The functions of hip joints was excellent and good at the ratio of 93.8%.Conclusion The techniques of anatomical plate was simple,with firm fixation,minimal injury,and with high ratio of bony healing.So it was very suitable for the femoral intertrochanteric fracture of the aged people,and worthful for recommendation of surgery.
