摘要
目的 总结分析老年股骨转子间骨折采用Richard钉和加压螺纹钉冶疗的疗效。方法 对老年股骨转子间骨折病人 4 6例 ,男 2 1例 ,女 2 5例 ,年龄 6 0～ 92岁。按照Evans分型 :Ⅰ型 12例、Ⅱ型 18例、Ⅲ型 10例、Ⅳ型 6例。分别观察行Richard钉和加压螺纹钉内固定术后肢体功能恢复情况。结果 术前住院 3～ 10d。随访 6～ 18个月 ,全部达骨折愈合。无住院期间死亡病例 ,骨折内固定良好 ,未见髋关节畸形和内固定失效。髋关节功能恢复满意。结论 只要术前准备充分 ,采取有效措施治疗内科并存症 ,老年股骨转子间骨折的手术治疗能够取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of the treatment of elder intertrochanteric fracture with Richard nail and compressive screw. Methods Observe limb function condition of 46 elder patients with intertrochanteric fracture. There were 21 males and 25 females aging from 60 to 92 years. According to Evans classification system of intertrochanteric fracture. 12 cases belonged to type Ⅰ, 18 type Ⅱ, 10 type Ⅲ and 6 type Ⅳ. Results The interval between the admission and operation treatment was from 1～10 days. The patients were followed up from 6 to 18 months, all patients were cured and none of the patients was dead, There were no varus deformity of hip joint and no loosening of the fixators and the functional recovery of hip joint was satisfactory. Conclusion The opreative treatment for intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly gave satisfactory results, provided proper surgical preparations, effective treatment of preoperative medical conditions and necessary postoperative treatments were fully paid attention to.
