摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿复方嘧啶颗粒剂中磺胺嘧啶与甲氧苄啶的含量。方法:采用SymmetryshiedTM(RP185μm4.6×250mm)柱,以水-乙腈-三乙胺体系(1650:350:2.0)[用醋酸溶液(2.8→100)调节pH值至5.9±0.1]为流动相流速为1ml/min,检验波长为236nm。结果:磺胺嘧啶的线性范围为12.0~120.0μg/ml,甲氧苄啶的线性范围为2.0~18.0μg/ml,平均回收率分别为100.78%(RSD=0.60%)和100.38%(RSD=0.74%)。结论:本方法具有快速、简便、准确、灵敏等特点。
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography in pediatric granules pyrimidine compound sulfadiazine and trimethoprim in the content.Methods:SymmetryshiedTM(RP18 5 μm 4.6×250 mm) column with water-acetonitrile-triethylamine system(1 650:350:2.0) [with acetic acid solution(2.8→100) adjust the pH value to 5.9±0.1] for the The mobile phase flow rate was 1 ml/min,test wavelength of 236 nm.Results:The linear range of SD 12.0-120.0 μg/ml,trimethoprim linear range of 2.0-18.0 μg/ml,the average recoveries were 100.78%(RSD=0.60%),and 100.38%(RSD=0.74%).Conclusion:This method is fast,simple,accurate,sensitive and so on.
