摘要
目的建立醋酸地塞米松搽剂中醋酸地塞米松含量测定的方法。方法高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定醋酸地塞米松搽剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量，选用C18（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（80：20），流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检验波长240nm，柱温室温，进样量20μl。结果在该色谱条件下，醋酸地塞米松浓度在20．32～101．60mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999，n=5），平均回收率为99．96％（n=5）。结论本法灵敏、准确、简便，可用于醋酸地塞米松搽剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of dexamethasone acetate liniment. Methods The content of dexamethasone acetate in dexamethasone acetate liniment was determined by HPLCwith C18 analytical column（200×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-water（80： 20）, the flow rate was l ml/min, the the injection volume was201.d and the detectionwavelength was240nm. Results The. calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 20.32 - 101.60 mg · L^-1. The average recovery was 99.96% （ n = 5 ） and RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and it is suitable for the determination of dexamethasone acetate liniment.
