摘要
针对留守儿童这一社会现象,从人力资源的视角进行研究。主要利用现有研究中的相关资料和大连市妇联2010年对大连市农村留守儿童的调查资料,从留守儿童现象对于外出务工父母人力资本的影响和对留守儿童自身人力资本的影响两个方面进行研究。根据调查研究的结果,有针对性地提出提高留守儿童父母和留守儿童人力资本的对策。
