摘要
从滚齿加工的实际运动出发,利用空间啮合理论,建立滚齿加工模型,该模型以滚刀法向截形为已知条件,具有通用性,并给出具体的齿轮齿面的数值计算过程.最后以带法向齿顶圆弧的渐开线型滚刀为例,求解得到精确的齿轮齿面形状,验证了所建模型和计算过程的正确性和有效性.
Starting from the actual movement,the model of gear hobbing is established based on the spatial meshing theory.The model which takes the hob of nomal truncation as a known condition can be generally used.Detailed numerical calculation process of tooth surface is also given.Finally,as an example,an involute hob including normal arc curve of the tooth tip is resolved to get the accurate shape of the tooth surface,which verified the correctness and effectiveness of the model and calculation process.
