摘要
本文根据生产需要,给出了别于传统拉刀制造工艺的制造方案和相应数学模型,并用螺旋沟渐开线型拉刀实例验证了本文所供方案的可行性与模型的可靠性。
A new technology for manufaturing broaches and its mathematics model are pre- sented in this paper,which is different from traditional one.The feasibility and reliability of the technology have been verified by several real examples of spiral involute broach- es.
