摘要
客家传统文化继承了中原儒家传统文化的基因,对梅州教育发展的不同历史时期,从物质层面、制度层面到观念层面,对该区域的教育产生深远的影响:一方面它继承和强化了客家人崇文重教的人文意识,在社会生产力和政治经济制度的共同作用下推动"客都"梅州教育的发展;另一方面,其某些陈旧的教育价值观念在一定程度上,又成为在教育国际化背景下梅州教育发展的束缚。梅州教育要继续走向辉煌,必须革故鼎新。
Inheriting Confucian traditional culture,Hakka traditional culture has far-reaching influence on the development of education in Meizhou in terms of substance,system and concepts.On one hand,it inherits and intensifies the humanily awareness of attaching much importance to education by Hakke people,and thus promotes the development of education in Maizhou;on the other hand,some outmoded educational concepts,to some extent,have become obstacles hindering education development in Meizhou.It is necessary to make some reforms in education in Meizhou.
