摘要
【目的14g讨超声引导下肾活检所致出血并发症的相关因素,对出血原因进行分析,以减少并发症的发生。【方法】在超声引导下以美国Bard16G自动活检装置对520例肾脏病患者行肾穿刺活检,从肾实质厚度、肾穿刺次数、肾穿时血压水平、肾脏病理改变几方面进行分析。【结果】在520例肾穿活检中,肾实质厚度在0.80~1.5cm、肾穿刺次数〉3次、肾穿刺中血压≥140/90mmHg、硬化肾小球数占肾脏病变比例为50%~60%的病人出现出血并发症比例明显增高(P〈0.05)。【结论】肾穿刺活检引起出血并发症与肾实质厚度、肾穿刺次数、肾穿过程中血压水平及肾脏病变硬化程度明显相关。
[Objective]To explore the correlation factors of hemorrhage caused by renal biopsy guided by ultrasound and to analyze the causes of hemorrhage in order to decrease complications. [Methods] American Bard 16G automatic biopsy equipment was used to perform ultrasound-guided renal needle biopsy on 520 pa- tients with renal diseases. The renal parenchyma thickness, the number of kidney puncture, blood pressure at renopuncture and the renal pathological change were analyzed. [Results]In 520 renal biopsy, the renal paren- chyma thickness was 0.80~1.5 cm, and the number of kidney puncture was more than three times, and blood pressure was equal to or more than 140/90mmHg at renopuncture, and the incidence of hemorrhage was significantly increased( P 〈0.05) in the patients with 50% ~60% sclerosis of total renal glomerulus. [Conclusion] The hemorrhage cause d by renal needle biopsy is significantly related with the renal parenchyma thickness, the number of kidney puncture, blood pressure level at renopuncture and the degree of sclerosis in renal lesions.
