摘要
某型坦克自动装弹机的旋转输弹机在运行过程中的振动特性会影响输弹的稳定性,从而影响装填效果。通过分析旋转输弹机力学和数学模型,在对实际部件进行抽象和简化的基础上,运用ADAMS软件和MATALAB软件建立了机电联合仿真模型。实测1/4集中均匀载弹条件下药筒质心最大加速度、最大振幅和最大速度与仿真试验数据对比,其相对误差在允许范围内,验证了模型的正确性。通过对旋转输弹机在不同载弹条件下的振动特性仿真试验分析,得到了在不同载弹状态下的振动响应特性,从而对自动装弹机故障检测和改进设计提供参考。
The vibration characteristic of revolving ramming device of an auto-loader during its working affects the stability of ramming easily,as a result,it affects the auto-loading effect.By analyzing the mechanics and mathematics model,on the base of Abstract and predigestion of pragmatic parts,it builds the co-simulation model by using ADAMS software and MATLAB software.It tests the maximal acceleration,the maximal swing and the maximal velocity during one quarter equably centralized ramming state,and compares them with simulation test data,the relative error is in the allowable range,which validates the correctness of the built model.It does simulation test analysis,gets the vibration response characte-ristic during different ramming state,which provides reference to the fault test and betterment design of auto-loader.
