摘要
以某型自动装弹机的旋转输弹机为研究对象,基于该系统的故障形式,提出了基于模糊故障树理论的故障诊断方法来解决旋转输弹机故障监测与诊断问题;首先建立该系统的模糊故障树,然后对故障树进行定性及定量分析,得出系统的故障方程及各类重要度参数,求出故障树的结构函数,最后研究了搜索技术算法在分析旋转输弹机故障树中的应用。
This paper takes revolving ramming device of some Autoloader as research object, basing on the fault forms of the system, a project is provided about how to use the theory of fuzzy fault tree to diagnose and judge the fault of revolving ramming device. It first il- lustrates and builds the fuzzy fault tree of the system, and then qualitative and quantitative analysis on the fault tree is made to find the fault equation of the system, some essential parameters and the framework function of the fault tree. Finally, it studies the use of searching arithmetic method during the analysis to the fault tree of the revolving ramming device.
