摘要
为今后在国内外气田地面建设中和道达尔勘探与生产(中国)有限责任公司(简称TOTAL)进行深入的合作,为以后在气田集输工程设计中与国际接轨、了解国外设计惯例,更好地开拓国外气田市场,通过对气田集输的国内标准与TOTAL标准进行细致比对、提出差异、研究异同,提出降低气田地面工程投资的突破点,从工程的实用性、安全性和先进性出发,以遵循中国现行国家标准和行业标准、规范为主,同时也应满足TOTAL的最低标准要求,总结出合适的标准规范,为今后的国内外设计合作探索出一条可行之路。
For the purpose of further cooperation with TOTAL Exploration and Production(China) Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to TOTAL for short) in gas field surface construction at home and abroad in the future,comparatively analyzed are differences between Chinese national standards and TOTAL standards followed in gas field gathering and transportation system design and a breakthrough point has been identified for reducing gas field surface construction investment,that is,current Chinese national and industrial standards shall be followed firstly according to practicability,safety and advancement,and also the minimum standard requirements of TOTAL shall be met.
