摘要
给出近年全国及部分港口能源消耗状况,回顾交通部节能评估工作历程,介绍中交水运行业能源利用监测中心水运工程监测站开展节能评估工作的情况,展望港口建设工程节能评估前景。
This paper describes the situation of energy consumption throughout China and energy consumption in China＇s port industry in recent years respectively, reviews the course of evaluation work on energy saving conducted by the Ministry of Communications, introduces the work in this field fulfilled by the Monitoring Station for Port ＆ Waterway Engineering under China Communications Energy Utilization and Monitoring Centre of Water Transportation Industry, and puts forward a prospect for the evaluation work on energy saving of port construction projects.
