摘要
采用实验室自行选育出的高产蛋白酶菌种,以豆粕为原料发酵制备氨基酸,采用5 L小罐探索发酵控制参数,以体积溶氧系数相等原则结合实际工作经验进行100 L罐放大中试,豆粕蛋白降解率达到88.57%,发酵液中氨基态氮1.05 mg/mL,可进入试生产研究。
A lab selectively bred high-yielding protease strains was used for fermenting soybean meal to produce amino acids.The control parameters of fermentation were optimized with 5 L of fermenter.Then scale up pilot test was conducted with 100 L of fermenter according to KLa equal principle and actual work experience.After being fermented,the degradation rate of crude protein in soybean meal reached 88.57%,amino nitrogen content reached 1.05 mg/mL.Trial-production can be performed.
