摘要
如何使加工中心这种高效自动化机床更好地发挥作用,其关键性工作之一就是开发和提高数控加工性能。本文设计利用用户宏程序来提高数控加工性能,将用户宏程序应用在加工中心上,不仅形式自由、应用灵活,而且具备计算机高级语言的表达式、逻辑运算及类似的程序流程,实现普通程序难以实现的功能,同时也体现了用户宏程序快捷、简洁、通用和工艺优化的现代加工技术特点。用网式点阵孔群加工实例就可以很好地说明用户宏程序在加工中心上的应用特点。
How to make high automation machine such as processing center more beneficial,its critical that the development and improvement of NC machining performance.Design utilized user macro programs to improve NC machining performance in an effective way.The user macro programs will be used in machining center,which are not only forming freedom and flexible,but also have computer application of high-level languages expressions,logical operations and similar program flow,realized the ordinary procedure to realize the function,and embodied the user macro programs that fast,concise,general and optimizing process of modern processing technology characteristics.Using nets type bit holes group processing examples can very well explain the user macro programs that in processing center of the above characteristics and application.
