竹子磺化化学机械浆制浆漂白过程中甲醇抽出物的变化

摘要 研究了慈竹及其磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)中甲醇抽出物含量,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了甲醇抽出物中的主要成分,并对各类物质在SCMP制浆漂白过程中的变化规律进行了分析。结果表明,磺化处理后的甲醇抽出物含量为原料中的22.3%,磨浆后含量为原料中的11.2%,而过氧化氢漂白浆中的含量仅为原料中含量的7.38%。甲醇抽出物各类物质含量在制浆漂白过程中的变化有较大不同,小分子烷烃类及糖类物质在磺化处理时大部分被除去,而脂肪酸类的去除要比上述两种少很多,甾醇类物质的去除率只有约50%。 The contents of bamboo(Neosinocalamu saffinis) methanol extractives,as well as the main components of the methanol extractives were analyzed.The changes of various types of substances in the extractives during pulping and bleaching process were studied,using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of methanol extractives were 22.3% in sulfonated chips,11.2% in SCMP unbleached pulp,and only 7.38% in peroxide-bleached pulp of the original content in the raw material.The changes of the various types substances of methanol extractives in the pulping and bleaching process were different.The substances of small molecule aliphatics and saccharides were removed significantly during sulfonation,however the removal of fatty acids was much less than those of two types substances mentioned above,while the removal of steroid substances was only about 50%.
