摘要
本文对芦苇磺化化学机械(SCMP)制浆及漂白工艺进行了研究。研究表明,在磺化处理Na2SO3用量12%、NaOH用量2%的条件下,磨后浆经PFI打浆至62°SR,白度40.6%ISO,裂断长为3.48km,撕裂指数达4.15mN·m2/g。芦苇SCMP浆料用H2O2单段漂白,H2O2用量为2%时,成浆白度达52.4%ISO,裂断长为3.64km,撕裂指数达4.26mN·m2/g;H2O2用量3%时,可漂至57.1%ISO,裂断长为3.79km,撕裂指数达4.38mN·m2/g。
s: The technology of pulping and bleaching of sulfonated chemimechanical pulp (SCMP) of reed is studied in this paper. Brightness of unbleached reed SCMP pretreated with 12% Na2SO3 and 2%NaOH was 40.6%ISO. Higher brightness of 52.4%ISO and 57.1%ISO could be obtained when the pulp was further bleached with the H2O2 charges of 2% and 3% under the optimum condition of single stage peroxide bleaching.
