摘要
采用化学镀镍工艺对飞机座舱作动筒活塞杆(材质为30CrMnSiA钢)进行修复,其流程主要包括打磨、除油、磁粉探伤、喷丸强化、再除油、活化、水洗、化学镀镍、除氢及热处理、修光。化学镀镍的配方及操作条件为:硫酸镍25~28g/L,次磷酸钠20~25g/L,丙酸2~3mL/L,乳酸25~30mL/L,硫脲稳定剂0.5~0.8g/L,含氟化钠的添加剂0.1~0.2g/L,温度85~95°C,pH4.3~5.0。该工艺流程简单、操作方便、成本低,镀层与基体金属的结合强度高,耐磨性好,修复质量满足性能要求,有较好的推广价值。
Electroless nickel plating process was applied to repairing of the piston rod made of 30CrMnSiA steel in actuating cylinder of airplane cabin.The process flow is mainly composed of polishing,degreasing,magnetic particle inspection,shot-blasting strengthening,secondary degreasing,activating,rinsing,electroless nickel plating,hydrogen exhaustion/heat treatment,and finishing.The bath composition and operation conditions of electroless nickel plating are as follows:nickel sulfate 25-28 g/L,sodium hypophosphite 20-25 g/L,propionic acid 2-3 mL/L,lactic acid 25-30 mL/L,thiourea stabilizer 0.5-0.8 g/L,NaF-containing additive 0.1-0.2 g/L,temperature 85-95 °C,and pH 4.3-5.0.The process has advantages of simple procedure,easy operation and low cost.The coatings obtained are well adhered to substrates and have good wear resistance,meeting the performance requirements.The process is recommended to be applied.
