摘要
对铜换热器表面电镀镍,镀液配方和工艺条件为:六水合氯化镍200 g/L,硼酸40 g/L,糖精3 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1 g/L,pH 4~5,温度(60±5)℃,电流密度1.5 A/dm^(2),时间20~50 min。所得的镍镀层呈光亮的银白色,电镀50 min时厚度为9.30μm,显微硬度为149 HV,结合力和高温抗氧化性优良。
Nickel electroplating was conducted on the surface of copper heat exchanger from a bath containing nickel sulfate hexahydrate 200 g/L,boric acid 40 g/L,saccharin 3 g/L,and sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.1 g/L at pH 4-5,temperature(60±5)℃,and current density 1.5 A/dm^(2) for 20-50 min.The nickel coating electroplated for 50 min was bright and silvery white,had a thickness of 9.30μm and a microhardness of 149 HV,and showed good adhesion and high-temperature oxidation resistance.
