摘要
教学督导是高校教学质量监控与保障体系的重要组成部分,随着高校教学工作的发展和改革不断深入,教学形式不断发展变化,新问题不断出现,新的任务不断被提出,教学督导工作的思想理念和工作方式方法等也随之产生变革和创新。因此,高校教学督导必须用现代教育教学理念指导实践,推动高校的教学改革,以促进教学质量的提高。本文从新形势下教学督导工作具有的特点出发,对教学督导工作的实践进行了积极的探索,并对完善教学督导工作,充分发挥教学督导在教学质量保障中的作用,提出了对策和建议。
Teaching Supervision is an important component of the teaching quality monitoring and security system in colleges.With the work of colleges education development and reform continued to deepen,changes in the form of the continuous development of teaching,new issues emerging and new tasks have been made,the ideas and ways of Teaching Supervision will change and innovate continuously.So Teaching Supervision in colleges should be the guiding philosophy of modern education and teaching practice,it will promote teaching reform and improve the quality of teaching.This article will work with the characteristics of Teaching Supervision in colleges under the new situation,then it will explore and improve practical work actively.Also it gives full play to the role of teaching supervisors.
