摘要
对于教育工作者来说,"问题学生"一词并不陌生。他们普遍表现为或学习成绩差,或思想品德素质低,或兼而有之。现在有些学校,特别是中职学校,"问题学生"越来越多,"问题"越来越严重,如何教好这批学生是令很多班主任头痛的事。本文从当前中职生的实际情况和问题学生的定义入手,结合多年从事中职班主任教育工作的经验,论述了对中职"问题学生"教育的心得体会和思路,也提出了自己成功的案例。
The words as ＂problem students＂ are not strange for educators.They generally expressed as poor academic performance,moral character,or poor quality,or both.Now the schools,especially in vocational schools,the numbers of ＂problem students＂ become more and more,and the problems become more and more serious.It is a headache for many class teachers to know how to teach these students.This article from the current actual situation of vocational students and the definition of problem students,combines with the class teacher for many years engaged in educational work experience of vocational,discussed the feelings and experiences and ideas of education on the level of it.Also it puts forward my own success teaching cases.
