钼靶X线放大摄影对乳腺癌的诊断价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨钼靶X线放大摄影对乳腺癌诊断的价值。方法对78例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者的钼靶X线放大摄影和普通钼靶X线摄影资料进行回顾性分析,比较两种摄影方法对乳腺癌的检出情况的差异。结果普通摄影明确显示病灶33例,检出率42.31%;放大摄影明确显示病灶76例,检出率97.44%。放大摄影检出率高于普通摄影,存在显著差异性,有统计学意义(χ2>3.84,P<0.05)。结论钼靶X线放大摄影对提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性有较高价值,值得应用。
