摘要
大学生的思想政治教育工作是一项复杂而艰巨的任务。要提高其实效性,首先必须使其具有针对性,这是高校思想政治教育工作成败的关键。这里从大学生的现状分析入手,就不同大学生的心理需求提出了应采取的相应的教育策略,并最终落足于强调针对性必须奠基在"以人为本"的基础之上,这是提高大学生思想政治教育工作实效性的根本。
In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges,the initial and key step is to make it in right direction.It is proposed to make corresponding strategies due to the different psychological needs of college students.It is also affirmed that ideological and political education should be oriented to people.
