摘要
目的：探讨肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患者的心电图特点及临床意义.方法：对超声心动已确诊的44例肥厚型心肌病患者均行常规l2导联心电图检查,并对其进行比较分析.结果：心电图异常（ST-T改变、异常Q波、心室肥厚等）发生率为93.2%.Ⅳ型ST-T改变多见于前侧壁导联（V1 ～V3）、高侧壁导联（Ⅰ～aVL）,具有特殊性,（0.05）.其他3型患者ST-T改变、异常Q波的发生率及部位差异均无统计意义（0.05）.结论：肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患者大多存在不同程度的心电图异常,但除心尖肥厚型心肌病外,其他各型心电图改变没有特异性.
Objeetive：Discusses the plump core myopathy （HCM） patient＇s electrocardiogram characteristic and the clinical sig- nificance. Methods：44 example plump core myopathy patient good convention 12 which diagnoses has led the joint electrocardiogram inspection to the supersonic heart movement,and carries on the comparative analysis to it. Results：The electrocardiogram exception- ally （the ST--T change,exceptionally the Q wave,ventricle plump and so on） the formation rate is 93.2%. IVThe ST--T change sees in the front sidewall leads the association （V1 ~V3） ,the high sidewall leads the association （ I -aVL） ,has the particularity, （0.05）. Other 3 patient ST--T change,exceptionally the Q Wave formation rate and the spot difference do not have the statistical significance （0.05）. Conclusion：The plump core myopathy （HCM） patient mostly has the varying degree the electrocardiogram to be unusual,but besides the apex cordis plump core myopathy,other various cores electrograph change does not have the specificity.
