摘要 为了定量控制和改进软件过程,解决由于滞后效应引起的提前量问题,提出了过程偏离阈值的计算方法。以项目进度为目标控制量,以加人为修复措施,基于系统动力学方法分析了偏离控制和软件过程,建立了过程模型。通过二分法算法设置自动模拟过程,计算控制阈值,为过程控制提供量化支持。实例结果验证了模型的可行性,模拟分析结果表明,该方法能有效确定控制阈值,为项目的决策者实施软件过程控制提供量化支持。 To quantitatively control software processes and resolve the lag effect problem, a method of deviation threshold calculation is put forward. Based on system dynamics, deviation control and software process is analyzed by setting project progress rate as the goal under control and adding manpower as repairing action. And a software process model is constructed. Then automatic simulation process is established by adopting dichotomy algorithm and the control threshold is calculated to support process control. Finally, a case study is presented to valiate the model verify the feasibility of the method.
