摘要
大修工作包准备是核电厂大修工作准备中的一个重要环节,核电厂现场维修工作都要使用工作文件包,大修工作文件包准备的质量对控制大修实施中的风险,确保维修中的安全与质量至关重要。工作包的准备需对维修、试验、变更等活动进行充分的分析,并通过工作文件给出正确指示以保证工作的最终质量。针对大修工作文件包要求高、数量大、内容多的特点,分析并提出了整体检查和分段检查等两类质保监督方式及具体的抽样方案、特点、适用条件等。通过两种检查方式的实践发现,分段检查更加有利于及时发现大修工作文件包准备中的不足,能够促进被监督单位制定有效的整改措施并及时进行改正,有效提高大修工作文件包准备的质量,保障机组大修的质量全面受控。
The preparation of the overhaul work package is an important step in the preparation of the overhaul work of nuclear power plant.The work file package must be used for the on-site maintenance work.The quality in preparation of the overhaul work package will control the risks in the implementation of the overhaul and ensure the safety and quality of the maintenance.The preparation of the work package requires a full analysis of maintenance,testing,changes and other activities,and gives correct instructions through work documents to ensure the final quality of the work.Considering the characteristics of high requirements,large quantity and many contents of the overhaul work document package,two types of quality assurance supervision methods,such as overall inspection and subsection inspection,as well as specific sampling plans,characteristics and applicable conditions,are analyzed and proposed.Through the practice of the two inspection methods,it is found that the subsection inspection is more conducive to timely detection of deficiencies in preparation of the overhaul work document package,and can promote the supervised unit to formulate effective rectification measures and make corrections in time,effectively improving the quality in preparation of the overhaul work document package to ensure that the quality of the overhaul is fully controlled.
