摘要
结合核岛大型锻件,介绍了各锻造工序分锻造比的计算方法;并结合核电工程实际,对总锻造比的各种计算方法进行了综合比较,对核岛大型锻件的技术准备和质量控制具有指导意义。
Based on the large forgings for nuclear island, the calculation methods of forging ratio for each forging operation procedure are introduced. Then, the calculation methods of overall forging ratio are comprehensively compared with practice in nuclear power project. This has some guiding significance for technical preparation and quality control of large forgings for nuclear island.
