摘要
学生突发事件应急处理机制应树立"稳定压倒一切"的思想,把生命安全放在第一位,一旦发生突发事件,应严格按照事先制定好的突发事件应急处理预案,针对突发事件发生前、发生过程当中和发生后分别采取相应的处理程序和处理方法。
Students emergencies response mechanism should set up thought of ＂Stability is of overriding importance＂,put life safety first.Once,something emergency happen,they should execute according to the emergency treatment plan,take the corresponding processing program respectively and processing method in the process of before,during and after the accident.
