摘要
《红高粱家族》是莫言在80年代第一部也是最具有代表性的长篇小说,也是莫言第一部译介到美国就进入到商业渠道的小说。所以译者的翻译在叙事技巧、艺术特色以及语言特点上都倾向于符合本国特点和易于本国读者接受。本文尝试性地研究该小说英译本中叙事情节和模式的变异情况,探讨在后殖民语境下以及东方主义盛行的第三世界国家中,文本进入文化消费市场的译介过程中的影响因素。
Hong Gao Liang Jia Zu is Mo Yah' s first and the most representative novel in 1980s, and also his first one entering into the commercial channel when translated in America. Therefore ,he translated version have many variations in the narrative skills ,artistic features,language and so on,to make it easily accepted by the target readers. This paper attempts to study variations of the narrative plots and mode in the English version to explore the factors influencing the process into the cultural consumption markets in the context of post - colony as well as the prevalence of Orientalism.
